I don't have a bunch of fancy degrees but, I do have real results and I'm here to help you create yours.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve built two 7-figure businesses. One I lost (more on that in a second) and one I sold on my terms. Everything I know about building, scaling, and leading came from being in the arena — not a textbook. (Though I am one thousand percent obsessed with reading. #booktok)

It all started with a $13 Target candle and a “question” from my husband…

I was staying home with my boys — read: not bringing in any income — and happened to pick up a $13 candle at Target. A few days later, my husband asked if I “really needed a $13 candle.” (This was 2012, for context.) In all fairness, he was just asking. But what I heard was: How dare you buy this when you’re not contributing.

I took it personally.

And honestly? Sometimes it takes something lighting you up to bring out what’s really inside of you.

That moment became my line in the sand. I built my first business out of determination and a refusal to ever feel that way again — and hit 7 figures in just over two years.

That experience shaped something I believe deeply today: women should have the skills and knowledge to create their own financial independence.

Not because money is everything — but because the ability to generate your own income changes how you move through the world. It gives you agency, confidence, and the freedom to make decisions from strength instead of fear.

Then I lost it. All of it.

A devastating lesson in what happens when you don’t actually own your business. It broke me for a bit, if I’m being honest. But it made me so much better, and I’m grateful for it to this day.

A few years later, my husband and I opened a restaurant franchise in a city three hours from where we live (we are nothing if not “how hard can it be?!” people). We built it to 7 figures in revenue with 18% profit margins in under two years — sold it, and walked away with a 6-figure profit.

I share all of that to tell you: I’ve been in it.
The wins, the losses, the rebuilds, the identity shifts — all of it.

Now I get to take everything I’ve learned — about building, about leading, about becoming — and use it to help others stop spinning their wheels and start operating at their highest capacity.

Here’s what I know for sure:

You don’t need more information.

You don’t need another course.

You need someone in your corner who can see what you can’t see yet and help you become the person your vision requires.

That’s what I do.

Through my VMS Framework — Vision, Mindset, Strategy — I partner with high-achieving leaders who know they’re capable of more but aren’t fully operating in it yet.

Together, we get clear on where you’re going, work through what’s holding you back, and build the strategy to make it real.

Because when a woman becomes clear on her vision, trusts herself to lead, and knows how to create real income and independence, everything changes.

This isn’t coaching. It’s partnership (well...and coaching, hah!)

You don’t do this alone anymore.
